Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a neuro-spicy lover of books, coffee, travel, food, anime, gaming, and tech. I wanted to start a blog to exercise some of my creative energy and share my experiences, thoughts, and connect with others who have similar interests or looking to be find someone going through similar struggles.
I’m 36, live in Chicago, and work in tech. I’m on a journey to self-discovery and learning to embrace my particular level of neurospicy while prioritizing my mental health.
This blog is going to be reflection of my journey: from the moments of clarity to the times when I feel lost, from embracing my quirks to learning to live with the parts of myself I’m used to hiding. I write about everything from personal growth, mental health, and self-love to creativity, travel, and even the occasional deep dive into life’s little mysteries.
One thing you should know about this blog is that it doesn’t have a specific niche. I’m not going to try to fit into a neat little box. Instead, I’m sharing whatever is on my mind, whether it’s diving into a new book, planning my next travel adventure, geeking out over the latest tech or anime, or reflecting on mental health and personal growth. It’s all about embracing the chaos and celebrating the things that make life interesting!
